What would you call this type of choker necklace and where can I purchase it?

For a few years now I've been seeing girls wearing these stretchy chokers. I'm not sure exactly what they're called or if they even have a name, but they look like intertwined wire, like how some of those barbed wire tattoos look. What kind of choker is this, and where can I buy it?

2. oh, they're called tattoo chokers! you can buy them at claires, i've been wearing them ever since i was a baby, and i've been wearing them ever since&i'm not 13, but i started wearing them a lot more now, and people are starting to notice it, and i have a feeling it will be the new "trend" pretty soon. So yeah, they have them at claires, and you can try hot topic(: but mine are pretty old, i have a lot, it was a big MUST HAVE when i was like 7, lol. and they were like everywhere, no jokee.
