Necklace Chokers

where can i find those black choker necklaces?

they kind of look like they could be head bands almost. i believe they are made of elastic but i'm not too sure.

7. My sister used to love those. She would get them at Spencer's, Hot Topic, Claire's, and The Icing. I know some people who took black pantyhose and cut them out, but depending on your neck size, you would probably need to buy really big ones so you wouldn't choke yourself.
